See when your buddies are in | Flexwhere

Staying connected with your colleagues just got easier! With Flexwhere’s weekly overview, you can see when your buddies are in the office, manage reservations, and plan your workweek effortlessly. View schedules up to 30 days in advance to plan ahead. Whether you’re a hybrid worker or just want to sync office days with your team, this feature helps you make the most of your time at work. 

We’ve tweaked the layout – here’s what’s new!

• On web & desktop, a new "My buddies" tab has been added under Users tab, with a direct link from the buddies popup as well if you click on “Go to weekly overview.”

Clicking on a booking in the weekly overview will take you to the Map tab with the selected date and desk highlighted. If you want to check one of your colleagues bookings in a list view, click on their name. It’s also possible to book a desk for yourself directly from the weekly overview.

• On mobile, the "My buddies" tab replaces Premise tab, and "SWITCH PREMISE" now navigates users to the premise page (hidden if only one premise exists). The buddies popup also includes a shortcut to "My buddies". Clicking any icon will instantly open the Map tab, highlighting the selected colleague’s booked desk on a given date.
