You can't specify your work hours in Flexwhere. But what you can do is customise your booking.
The default options in Flexwhere are:
Day: 08:00-18:00
Morning: 08:00-13:00
Afternoon: 13:00-18:00
When you book a desk, meeting room, parking spot, or pool car, you can specify the time frame you'd like to book for. To do this, make sure you enter the start and end times for your booking. If this is the same time you typically book for, you can ask Flexwhere to "Remember my timeslot”.
