Flexwhere can optionally send a notification via e-mail when a certain occupancy of a floor is reached. An admin can enable this functionality themself. The percentage can also be set yourself.
Here's how it's done:
- Sign in to the Control Centre;
- On the left, click the settings icon;
- Go to the "organisation" tab;
- Click on your organization;
- Turn on the 'Get informed' feature;
- Fill in the percentage on which you want to be informed;
- Save the change.
Please note: After a percentage is filled in, the notification mail goes to all Admins and Managers in the company.
