How can I switch between moving the map and selecting desks?

When Group Booking is enabled, the floor plan offers two modes: Drag and Select. Use Drag to move around the map and explore different areas, or switch to Select to choose multiple workplaces for a group booking.

How do I switch between the tools?

1. Open the floor plan.
2. Locate the hand tool and cursor buttons at the bottom right.
3. Click on the hand tool (✋) to move around the floor plan.
4. Click on the cursor (↖) to choose multiple workplaces.

The selected tool is highlighted, so you always know whether you're navigating the map or selecting workplaces. The select mode (cursor ↖) is the default.

Who can use this feature?

The Drag and Select tools are available when:

• Group Booking is enabled for your organisation.
• You have permission to create group bookings, such as those for an admin, manager, or a desk planner.

If you do not see these tools, Group Booking may not be enabled in your organisation, or your user role may not include group booking permissions.
