What accessibility settings does Flexwhere offer?

Flexwhere provides an immediate overview of which objects within your organization are occupied, reserved, or available through a clear and intuitive floor plan. This is achieved by assigning different colors to the objects.

Since not everyone perceives colors in the same way, Flexwhere offers the option to customize the colors used for each status. This option can be found in your Accessibility Settings.

Flexwhere for Desktop and Browser: Click your user icon in the bottom-left corner and select Accessibility Settings. You can then choose a different color for each status.

Flexwhere Mobile: Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen to open your settings. Then scroll down slightly and tap Accessibility Settings.

You can also change your language preferences from the Settings menu.
