What happens when I lock my screen?

When the Flexwhere desktop app is active on a laptop or computer, it improves the occupancy rate in the office, and helps colleagues easily find each other.  

This happens because the Flexwhere app connects directly to the office wifi or the device it's plugged into (for example, the monitor or docking station) and marks the user (or employee) as in office, and at the desk that they booked or are now occupying.  

When the laptop or computer is in use, it is easy for the Flexwhere desktop app to determine whether or not someone is in the office - and where they are located. This is indicated with a red desk. 

When the laptop or computer is closed, or the user is away from their desk and their screen is locked, the desk colour will change to yellow – this indicates that there was recently someone at that desk or that someone has booked that desk. As soon as the user unlocks their screen, the desk switches back to red.
