What is my version number?

To assist you as effectively as possible, it is important that we know the Flexwhere version number when you communicate with us.
The Flexwhere components listed below each have their own version number. You can find these by following the steps outlined below.

Web

The web version of Flexwhere is always up to date. However, it is important that the latest version of your browser is also installed. Depending on the browser, you can find this in the settings by navigating to “About (Chrome/Microsoft Edge)”.

Mobile App

Android

When you download the Flexwhere mobile application from the Play Store, you can find the version number under “App info”.
After installing it on your mobile device, you can also find the version number within the app itself. To do this, open the Flexwhere app and tap the gear icon in the top-right corner. Scroll down and you will find the version number.

iOS

When you download the Flexwhere mobile application from the App Store, you can find the version number under “Version history”.
After installing it on your mobile device, you can also find the version number within the app itself. To do this, open the Flexwhere app and tap the gear icon in the top-right corner. Scroll down and you will find the version number.

Desktop

Windows

Flexwhere for Desktop runs automatically in the background. To find the version number, click the arrow in the bottom-right corner of your taskbar (next to the time/date and Wi-Fi/sound icons).
Click the arrow; among the icons you will see a green or red F icon. Right-click this icon and select “Info”.

If there is no Flexwhere icon displayed, open Flexwhere for Desktop via the Start menu.

Mac

If Flexwhere is active, a green or red F icon will appear in the menu bar at the top of the screen. Click this icon and navigate to “About Flexwhere”.
A pop-up window will appear showing your version number.

If Flexwhere is not running, you can open the application via Finder.
