This app complements the Desk Booking App by bringing visibility to meeting room usage. Installed on an Android device (like a tablet or screen), outside each room, it shows the daily agenda so everyone knows when the space is booked or available.
The app links directly to your organisation’s Flexwhere floor plan, syncing meeting room schedules in real-time.
