What does desk sharing or hot desking mean?

Desk sharing, also known as hot desking, is a concept describing how an organisation works. With this model, there are no permanently assigned workstations. Employees are therefore free to choose where they want to work.

How does FlexWhere work?

With the FlexWhere App (mobile or desktop), the employees can see which desks, meeting rooms and even parking places are available or occupied. You can make a booking via the App and also find your colleagues via search function.

The Control Center is only accessed by those who have admin rights and is used for managing the office space. It has different settings and provides statistics about occupation and space usage.

How can I book a desk?

You can book a desk with the FlexWhere Desktop App, Mobile App, or Webapp.

Step 1: select the desired floor

Step 2: choose your desired date in the calendar

Step 3: select the desk you want to book

Step 4: confirm time of booking (morning, afternoon, all day or custom)

You can view your upcoming bookings in the App via "My Bookings"
