  5. Open dialogue, honest insights

We did something special. Not remotely. Not over email. But in person. Hosted by VolkerWessels, our Customer Day brought together several clients to share stories, spark ideas, and take a behind-the-scenes look at how we're building Flexwhere-together.

No boring presentations. No corporate jargon. Just meaningful exchanges. We openly shared how user feedback drives our development roadmap. Every comment, request, or suggestion-no matter how small-is a chance to improve. It's often the smallest insights that lead to the biggest changes. They bridge the gap between "just okay" and "outstanding" when using Flexwhere.

It's easy to chase big features, but the real magic lies in the details. We showcased how subtle improvements-faster buttons, intuitive layouts, or visual tweaks-make Flexwhere smoother and smarter to use. It's these micro-moments that take the experience from functional to delightful.

Small things matter

One feature came up repeatedly in user feedback: "Find your colleagues". And rightly so. This tool humanises hybrid work. You know who's in the office, where they're seated, whether it's worth popping in for a chat. It supports spontaneous chats, smart scheduling, and seamless collaboration - all within a few clicks. It's clear: this feature gets to the heart of why people still enjoy coming to the office.

Gijs Brouwers shared an insightful take: the feeling of a "busy" office is often just that-a feeling. Two people can see the same space differently. Tools like Flexwhere help you shape that perception positively by offering clarity and control over your workplace setup.

Perception of busyness – the ‘mental mind game’

We weren't just presenting-we were listening. What's missing? What's working? Where's the friction in your hybrid workflows? These honest inputs are gold. They don't just shape Flexwhere's future; they reveal how organisations adapt, evolve, and thrive in the world of hybrid work.
