Now, Flexwhere shows you exactly when a workplace is free — and when it’s not — using simple, intuitive colour and dots indicators:
Green with dots 🟢: Available for at least 2+ continuous hours from now
Yellow with dots 🟡: Occupied soon but becomes free later today
Red/yellow with dots 🔴: Occupied now but free later
This way, you can easily spot desks that fit your schedule without clicking around.
