Subprocessors

Dutchview information technology B.V. (Keizerstraat 43, 7411 HE Deventer, the Netherlands) uses the subprocessors below to deliver Flexwhere. Before we add or replace a subprocessor, we notify our customers in advance. A customer can object, as set out in article 8 of our data processing agreement.

OVH SAS (OVHcloud)

  • Purpose: hosting of Flexwhere
  • Personal data: all customer data in Flexwhere
  • Location: Roubaix (France); backups replicated to Gravelines (France)
  • Safeguards: ISO/IEC 27001 certified data centres; European company, not subject to the US CLOUD Act

The Rocket Science Group LLC (Mailchimp, including Mandrill)

  • Purpose: sending invitation and notification emails
  • Personal data: name and email address of the recipient
  • Location: United States
  • Safeguards: EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (2021)

HubSpot, Inc.

  • Purpose: handling support tickets
  • Personal data: name, email address and the content of the ticket
  • Location: EU region (Frankfurt, Germany); access from the United States is possible for support
  • Safeguards: EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (2021)
