BomhardIP wanted a simple way to manage who is in the office and when. With a hybrid team, they needed one place to book desks, see availability and free up desks people weren't using, without adding another tool colleagues would have to think about.

Getting started

The Flexwhere team helped BomhardIP set up the app. Colleagues started booking desks right away, with no training sessions or long manuals.

Daily use

For most of the team, booking a desk with Flexwhere is now simply part of coming into the office. Releasing a booking and checking who's in happen just as naturally, and for the IT team it is one less system to look after.
