Our pricing includes both implementation and support costs. When signing up with Flexwhere, there are no hidden charges. 

Yes, there is. We offer a two week free trial, which you can start right here. The free trial gives you a basic overview into our desk booking software, and an introduction into our Control Centre (where you'll get a view of how the set-up works and the statistics available). 

We also offer a six week Pilot programme, where we'll create your unique floor plan, help you to add your users and devices and allow you to test with your own team members. The cost for this pilot is €150.00 to cover the costs of the floor mapping and support should you need it. Should you choose to continue with Flexwhere upon completion of the Pilot, this cost will be deducted from your annual fee. To set up a Pilot, please schedule a meeting with our Sales team here. 

Yes, you can upgrade your Flexwhere plan at any time. Contact your account manager for more details and an in depth review of what it is you'd like access to.

You will need to sign up for a minimum of a one year contract with Flexwhere and you will be billed annually.

When first signing up with Flexwhere, you'll sign a one year contract. Once this first year is up, you are able to terminate your contract at any time. Please note that there is, however, a three month notice period.
